Position Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the customer base in the designated region. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial steam systems and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial steam system market.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide optimal solutions for clients' needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and other performance metrics to senior management.
- Organize and participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial systems or equipment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial steam systems, including steam flow and controls.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
