This role is crucial for establishing strong relationships with potential clients and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients in the B2B sector
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the value of our SaaS solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and optimize sales strategies
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and market trends
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Proven sales experience in an Enterprise B2B environment
- Strong understanding of observability, data management, and related technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Experience with SaaS sales and technical sales concepts
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
