Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements, including developing audit plans, scoping, and providing guidance for the engagement team
- Perform audit procedures and review the work of other audit staff
- Ensure compliance with PCAOB standards and other applicable regulations
- Identify and assess key risk areas within engagements
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide internal and external reporting, as needed
- Ensure completion of audit engagements within deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
- CPA certification required
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of SEC and PCAOB regulations
- Previous experience performing audits
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with remote working tools and technologies
