Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute audits in accordance with professional standards and client requirements
- Supervise and mentor a team of audit associates in completing audit fieldwork and reviewing work papers
- Provide timely and accurate communication to clients regarding audit findings and recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their business operations and provide exceptional client service
- Perform technical research and keep up to date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification
- 5 years of experience in construction audits, employee benefits plan (EBP) audits and/or senior audit associate experience
- Strong knowledge of audit and accounting principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
