Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills.
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations affecting audits.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation for client presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or equivalent certification is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in auditing, with a focus on Not For Profit and C-Corp organizations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and auditing standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
