Key Responsibilities
- Review and process loan applications in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to gather necessary documentation
- Ensure all loans meet company policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with underwriters and other team members to facilitate the loan process
- Utilize Encompass software for loan processing and tracking
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan processing experience
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proven experience in mortgage loan processing
- Familiarity with Encompass software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
