Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the force measurement industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Present technical solutions to customers and address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote company products.
- Travel requirements: Frequent travel within North America with occasional international trips as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree desirable)
- 5 years of experience in business development or outside sales in the force measurement industry.
- Strong understanding of load cells, force transducers, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing multiple projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
