- Conduct regular database maintenance tasks, including backups and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ERP system integration and optimization.
- Utilize database tools effectively to monitor performance and manage databases.
- Proven experience in Database Administration, particularly with Deacom systems.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in resolving complex database issues.
- Experience with system upgrades and maintenance for robust database management.
- Proficient in report building and data analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and their database requirements.
- Skilled in using various database tools and SQL for database management and querying.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- Experience in providing end-user support and training on database systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL2 is a plus.
