Job Title: Integration Software Engineer

Location: You can work 100% remote (but you MUST live in the US)

Comp: 65-80k base plus stellar benefits (see below)

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that facilitate seamless data exchange between systems. This role requires strong technical skills in .NET and software engineering, along with excellent communication abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, implement, test, and sustain integration solutions to enhance business operations and extend the functionality of the platform.
• Utilize .NET, AWS services (EC2, API Gateway, S3), and Jira for managing projects.
• Develop REST APIs and employ tools like Postman for testing and validation.
• Construct integrations in various formats such as EDI X12, JSON, and web APIs, ensuring they are compatible with client systems.
• Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, discuss, and design integration workflows tailored to their needs.
• Thoroughly document all solutions and workflows in Confluence, ensuring that both final and in-production workflows are clearly recorded and accessible.
• Work closely with the customer support team to investigate and resolve escalated issues promptly and efficiently.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including detailed diagrams of integration architecture.
• Offer technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers as needed.
• Assess and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance integration development processes.
• Participate in Agile practices, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  
  

Qualifications Required

• 2 years experience with .NET (VB.NET preferred OR willing to learn)
• SQL including writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures ideally with SQL Server
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
