In this role, you will be the technical liaison between our customers and the engineering team, providing expertise in CPU architectures and applications. You will be responsible for driving pre-sales activities, demonstrating the value of our products, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Must be able to work PST & EST hours *
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing their needs and providing support throughout the pre-sales and post-sales process.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our CPU architectures, including RISC-V, x-86, DSP, and ARM.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and execute strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the design and integration of our products into customer systems.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, application notes, and white papers to support customers and enhance product understanding.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in CPU architectures, VLIW, superscalar, and SIMD technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a Field Applications Engineer or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with CPU architectures, including RISC-V, x-86, DSP, ARM, VLIW, superscalar, and SIMD technologies.
- Proven track record of success in pre-sales activities and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with software development and debugging tools, as well as familiarity with relevant programming languages.
