Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review tax returns including 1040, 1120, and 1120S for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advise clients on tax-efficient strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering their growth and development.
- Stay updated on tax legislation and changes to ensure compliance and optimize client tax positions.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for tax filings.
- Assist in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries related to tax matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax management or public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with tax return preparation for individuals and various business entities.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary : $135,000 - $185,000
