Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans for the renewable energy practice.
- Manage and oversee project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate talent acquisition and resource management.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the renewable energy sector.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance service offerings across different market sectors.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure projects adhere to civil engineering standards and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Responsible for talent acquisition, development and retention, project delivery, business development, and financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record in project delivery and resource management.
- Strong business development and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive team performance and engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to grow key relationship, prepare and execute plans for growth, and maintain relationships within the community that are of value in the Renewable Energy practice.
