Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction, specifically with single-family homes.
- Strong knowledge of luxury residential construction and renovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
