Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against them.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct site assessments and inspections to evaluate project requirements and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates and budget evaluations.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in restoration, disaster recovery, and reconstruction projects.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
