Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop antenna systems for military applications
- Conduct simulations and analyses to optimize antenna performance
- Collaborate with RF design engineers to integrate antennas into larger systems
- Prepare technical documentation and presentations for stakeholders
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in antenna design and RF engineering
- Support testing and validation of antenna prototypes
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and DoD requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in antenna design and RF systems
- Proficiency in antenna theory and design principles
- Hands-on experience with COTS (Commercial Off-The-Shelf) components
- Strong understanding of RF design and testing methods
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
