Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate estimates for roofing projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to gather necessary information for take-offs and estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing roofing conditions and gather data for project proposals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication regarding project timelines and expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, including cost estimates, material lists, and project schedules.
- Monitor project budgets and assist in cost control measures to ensure profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and materials to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry, specifically in roofing.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in take-offs and estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Basic understanding of project management and budgeting principles.

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000
