Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and manage overall business functions
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity
- Supervise staff and provide guidance to managerial team
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor financial performance and work to improve profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes and materials
- Experience in roofing, particularly commercial roofing, is a plus
- Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business performance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or relevant field
