Roofing Project Manager

Position Overview

The Roofing Project Manager will oversee and manage roofing projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting client expectations and budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple roofing projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with clients and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications.
• Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing project management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of roofing systems and installation techniques.
• Excellent budgeting and scheduling skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and development.
• Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and safety compliance regulations.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving within a project context.
• Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management practices.
