Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the roofing service department.
- Lead and mentor a team of roofing technicians, providing training and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all service activities.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and manage service budgets, tracking expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
- Coordinate with sales and project management teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client communication.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks on ongoing roofing projects.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues swiftly and effectively.
- Proven experience in roofing, particularly in commercial roofing applications.
- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in a service manager role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
- Ability to analyze and optimize operational processes for efficiency.

Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
