Key Responsibilities
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to identify hazards in the manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a safety-first culture.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety practices related to electric vehicle and battery production.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to electric vehicles and battery production.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
