Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise in boiler systems and HVAC products to drive sales and support our clients in selecting the right solutions for their industrial and commercial needs. This position plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and our clients' requirements, ensuring successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to identify their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical sales proposals and quotation packages for various HVAC and boiler systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor products to inform sales strategies.
  • Assist in the development of marketing materials and technical documentation related to HVAC and boiler products.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, specifically in the HVAC or boiler industry.
  • Strong understanding of boiler systems, heat exchangers, pumps, and hydronic systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation and sales proposals.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
