Sales Engineer

Position Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our HVAC and industrial equipment, providing technical support to customers, and developing tailored solutions that meet their needs. Your expertise in mechanical systems and strong sales skills will be key to your success in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the industrial and commercial sectors.
• Provide technical sales support and guidance to customers regarding HVAC systems, steam boilers, and related products.
• Prepare and present quotation packages and technical proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and internal staff.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to promote our products and gather market intelligence.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-up services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC or industrial equipment.
• Strong knowledge of steam systems, boilers, hydronic systems, and thermal fluid applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quotation packages and sales engineering processes.
• Familiarity with energy services and industrial infrastructure is a plus.
