What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze blueprints and specifications to perform a detailed take-off and itemized summary of all doors, frames, finish hardware & specialties.
- Use the manufacturers price books and in-house software to generate an accurate cost for all materials. Create a detailed proposal to be sent to the bidders on the project and offer options for value engineering.
- Perform jobsite visits to review any customer complaints and to ensure that material is being stored & installed per the specifications.
Must Have Skills
- Sales & Project Management for commercial door projects (Commercial Steel & Wood Doors, Frames & Hardware)
- Ability to read blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of Construction Management Software & MS Office (Excel)
- An understanding of building & fire codes
