Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automation and controls market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales estimates and proposals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automation or controls industry.
- Strong knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with HVAC, DDC, and control systems is a plus.
- Experience in preparing sales estimates and proposals is an advantage.

Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
