- Experience in sales support or a related field, preferably in healthcare or mental health.
- Strong understanding of pain management, drug testing, and laboratory processes.
- Proficient in using SalesForce and other sales management software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service.
- Knowledge of medical practice administration is a plus.
