Responsibilities
You will report to the Scheduling Manager who will ensure that all tasks are done with effectiveness and efficiency. You will be responsible for the following:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6
- Collaborate with project team to establish project goals and timelines
- Monitor project progress and update schedules as needed
- Identify potential schedule conflicts and propose solutions
- Communicate project schedules to project team and stakeholders
- Analyze project risks and recommend mitigation strategies
- Ensure all project scheduling is in compliance with contract requirements
- Proven experience as a Construction Scheduler
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
