Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 software.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to gather necessary scheduling information.
- Monitor progress and performance of projects, updating schedules as needed.
- Identify potential scheduling conflicts and recommend solutions to mitigate risks.
- Prepare and present regular schedule updates to stakeholders and management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Scheduler in heavy civil construction projects.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies, particularly in roads, bridges, and heavy highway projects.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
