Position Overview
The Construction Scheduling Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing project schedules for construction projects. This role ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will utilize their project management skills to optimize workflows and improve processes across various projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using scheduling software
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for scheduling
- Monitor the progress of construction activities and adjust schedules as needed to meet project deadlines
- Analyze project data to identify potential delays and recommend solutions to mitigate risks
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders regarding project timelines and changes
- Implement process improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy
- Prepare regular reports on project schedules and progress for management and stakeholders
- Facilitate team meetings to discuss scheduling updates and address any scheduling conflicts
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling or project management
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project)
- Experience with Multifamily Projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
