Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules using scheduling software and tools
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other departments to ensure alignment on scheduling needs
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines
- Prepare regular status reports and communicate scheduling updates to stakeholders
- Implement best practices for scheduling and resource management
- Assist in project planning and coordination activities to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Facilitate scheduling meetings and document outcomes for future reference
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field
- 10 years Proven experience as a Scheduling Manager or similar role
- Experience on projects at least $50m in value
- Strong knowledge of scheduling software (e.g., P6, Primavera)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with construction and healthcare project timelines is a plus
