Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate daily scrum meetings and ensure they are productive and focused.
- Coach team members on agile principles and the scrum framework.
- Assist the product owner in managing the product backlog and prioritizing tasks.
- Identify and resolve any impediments that may hinder the team's progress.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve processes and outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in software project management.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
- SaaS Experience is a plus
- Ability to facilitate meetings and workshops effectively.
