Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients in need of floor care and facility services
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to develop new sales strategies
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility sales and/or floor care
- Strong knowledge of floor care and maintenance, particularly in commercial flooring
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Base Salary: $70K-$110K
- OTE: 150K-250K
