Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients in the insurance sector
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage the entire account lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of clients' insurance portfolios
- Collaborate with underwriting and claims teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting insurance
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and client satisfaction to stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 8 years of insurance related experience
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience working with an independent brokerage is a plus
- Experience with AMS360, Asana and/or Worldox is a plus
- Competitive Base Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 (DOE) Bonus
