Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee audit engagements from planning through execution
- Review and analyze financial statements for compliance and accuracy
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to management
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff throughout the audit process
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify areas for improvement in clients' operations and controls
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations affecting audits
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in audit or accounting
- Strong knowledge of auditing principles and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead others
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
