The Senior Automation Engineer will lead the design, development, and implementation of automation systems in industrial settings. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automation solutions using PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies.
- Lead projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation issues.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operational staff.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve automation processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation engineering roles, specifically in PLC and SCADA systems.
- Strong knowledge of HMI design and implementation.
- Familiarity with CAP standards and ISA guidelines.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
