Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage BIM models and workflows for MEP projects using Revit MEP.
- Create and review electrical layouts and designs to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with construction teams to integrate VDC strategies into project planning and execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between different disciplines to enhance project outcomes.
- Utilize software tools such as Blue Beam and Navisworks for model visualization and clash detection.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM/VDC processes within the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC engineering.
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and Electrical Layout design.
- Experience with Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
- Familiarity with software tools such as Blue Beam and Navisworks is preferred.
