- Residential land development/subdivision plans
- Grading Plans
- Mass Earthwork
- Frontage improvements
- Exterior path-of-travel
- Utility Plans
Required
- 5 or more years of experience on land development projects
- Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or similar
- PE license
- AutoCAD Civil 3D

Salary : $90,000 - $170,000
