Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Manage client relationships and provide regular updates on project status and milestones.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained on-site.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and services necessary for project completion.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proven experience in general contracting and pre-construction services.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred.

Salary : $75,000 - $120,000
