Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction estimation process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
What You Will Do Doing
- Perform detailed cost estimates and prepare bids for construction projects
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- NACFAC, USACE, DOD, DOE
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop accurate project estimates
- Create and maintain detailed project cost reports and documentation
- Assist in the development of project schedules and budgets
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet project deadlines
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proficiency in Timberline Software, OST, and Government estimating procedures
- Ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate project estimates
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- GBNA certification is a plus
