Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to lead our engineering team in designing and implementing innovative electrical systems for various projects. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all electrical designs meet client specifications and industry standards, while also managing project timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of electrical systems for diverse projects including healthcare, education, municipal, aviation, and commercial sectors.
- Prepare and review electrical designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Coordinate with project managers and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for electrical engineering tasks.
- Respond to requests for information (RFIs) and provide technical support during construction phases.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and interns in design practices and project execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
- Proficiency in MEP design principles and practices is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, education, municipal, and aviation projects is preferred.
- Strong skills in budgeting, scheduling, and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

Salary : $115,000 - $125,000
