We provide a wide range of construction services including but not limited to General Contracting, Construction Management, and Design-Build for a broad spectrum of clients and project types that include the private and public sectors. Our portfolio includes Mixed-Use Office and Retail projects, Parking Facilities, Recreational Facilities, Government Buildings, Luxury Mid-Rise Residential Condominiums, Educational Facilities and more. We also have expertise in the development and construction of projects with Complex Facade Treatments with Architectural Lighting.

Qualifications
- 7 years as an estimator in commercial or multifamily construction
- Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or similar study
- Good leadership skills managing subcontractors / superintendents
- Experience with estimating softwares
- Aspirations to be Chief Estimator
- Estimating and doing pre-con work for multifamily and mixed use projects as well as other projects in the Miami market.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
