What You Will Be Doing
- Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed proposals for projects including cost estimates, project timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analyze and interpret construction documents to identify potential project risks and develop appropriate contingency plans.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain knowledge of current construction industry trends and best practices to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Construction Estimating.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Proficient in estimating software (such as HCSS HeavyBid) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
