We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. The Senior Estimator will be responsible for accurately estimating project costs and managing the bidding process for commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating and a strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Review and analyze project plans and specifications to determine scope of work.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Utilize On-Screen Take-Off and Building Connected software to enhance estimation accuracy.
- Prepare and present proposal documents for client review and approval.
- Monitor project budgets and provide cost control recommendations during design and construction phases.
- Participate in project meetings to discuss estimates and address any client or subcontractor inquiries.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in estimating software such as Sage and On-Screen Take-Off.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary : $110,000 - $160,000
