Position Overview
The Senior Field Services Technician is responsible for managing and executing field service operations related to power distribution and protection systems. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute field service projects for power distribution systems.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during all field operations.
- Generate detailed reports on service activities and findings for clients and internal stakeholders.
- NETA II certification or higher (NETA III, NETA IV preferred).
- Extensive knowledge and experience in power distribution systems and protection and control equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
