- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to facilitate project development.
- Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate land development opportunities.
- Prepare and present project proposals and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
- Manage relationships with local government agencies and community organizations.
- Oversee the preparation of project documentation including reports, plans, and permits.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Land Development, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in land development and project management.
- Proven experience with homebuilder projects and subdivision development.
