You will thoroughly evaluate and investigate personal injury claims, preparing strong cases for litigation or settlement.
Your responsibilities will also include drafting, reviewing, and filing essential legal documents and pleadings with precision.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years practicing Personal Injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes
- Licensed to practice law in the state where our firm operates
This position requires that you be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
