You can be based anywhere in the U.S. and have the ability to work in a talented and very collaborative team spread out across all 4 continental U.S. time Zones.
Position Overview
The Manager / Sr Manager of Transaction Advisory Services will lead a team of professionals in providing expert guidance and support to clients during mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. This role is pivotal in ensuring that clients receive thorough due diligence and strategic advisory services to facilitate informed decision-making and successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial due diligence projects for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Provide strategic advisory services to clients to enhance their understanding of transaction risks and opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare comprehensive reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop transaction strategies and execution plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in transaction advisory services to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
- Mentor and train junior team members, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- 5 years of experience in transaction advisory services, with a focus on financial due diligence.
- Strong understanding of transaction advisory best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in both buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- CPA certification is a plus; experience in new business development is also desirable.

Salary : $170,000 - $220,000
