- Working with Technical Assembly Line Design, implementation, and integration.
- Working with the Manufacturing Work Cell layout, design, integration projects.
- Working as an engineering specialist in the Implementing repeatable processes in the production floor, cycle.
In terms of qualifications outside of the direct experience and capabilities of performing the above listed tasks, we are looking for a Manager with as much of the following as possible:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a closely related field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering all preferred with experience/cross training in all of the above being ideal.
- At least 3 or more years of engineering work experience in a MANUFACTURING setting, including direct workflow, work cell, production process, design, layout and Analysis experience.
- Ideally a background working within an Aerospace, or Defense related technology manufacturing firm/environment, with knowledge of IPC 610/620, J-STD 001 standards.
- Tech tool proficiency, from working with CAD Software tools, to utilizing ERP/MRP organization and tracking tools/systems.
- Experience building and testing hardware prototypes to optimize performance and manufacturability, including any direct experience with manufacturing of Wiring system, wire harnesses, wiring and electrical component technologies, ideally, will be highly desired.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and other process improvement methodologies, along with any Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies.

Salary : $105,000 - $135,000
