Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components for power systems applications.
- Conduct detailed engineering analysis, including Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and thermodynamic assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement design solutions that meet project specifications.
- Utilize SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor for 3D modeling and prototyping of mechanical components.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on mechanical design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of power systems.
- Proficient in SolidWorks and/or Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics principles.
- Experience in mechanical design, prototyping, and materials science.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes and kinematics.
- Excellent project management skills and experience leading engineering projects.
