The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and components, with a strong emphasis on mud pumps and oilfield equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Analyze and optimize designs for performance, efficiency, and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct testing and validation of mechanical systems, focusing on mud pumps and related equipment.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports to communicate design processes and results.
- Provide support during the manufacturing and assembly processes to resolve any engineering issues that arise.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in mechanical design or a related role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Experience with mud pumps and oilfield equipment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and heat transfer principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
