We are seeking an experienced Senior Plumbing Designer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing design, with a focus on utilizing Revit for creating detailed plumbing systems in MEP projects. The Senior Plumbing Designer will lead projects, ensuring high-quality design and compliance with relevant codes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design of plumbing systems for a variety of projects using Revit.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to develop integrated MEP designs.
- Prepare detailed plumbing design drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to assess existing conditions and ensure design implementation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior designers and drafters.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and industry standards in plumbing design.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing design within the MEP industry.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for plumbing design.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
